Check appliance fit and ventilation

Overall rack dimensions are not the same as the usable shelf opening. Measure your appliance, plug, power lead, door and lid movement, and allow space for the tray to extend. Follow the appliance manufacturer's instructions for side, rear and top ventilation, heat and steam clearances.
