Shipping Cost

Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis according to the cubic weight of your order along with the delivery address. If you would like to know the cost of delivery, add the item into your Shopping Bag. You will have the opportunity (based on entered postcode) to view the finalised delivery charges on your order at the checkout stage before you make payment.

Home delivery orders are delivered on weekdays by either Australia Post, Sendle or Couriers Please. Orders are typically delivered within 3 - 7 business days, subject to availability. Rural and remote areas may take longer. The delivery time frame is subject to changes in circumstances.

Orders under 1 Kg*** (cubic weight)

flat rate: $8 no matter where you are located in Australia

Order under 5 Kg*** (cubic weight)

Capital Area: $10

Metro Area: $12

Remote Area: $18

Order over 5 Kg*** (cubic weight)

Capital Area: $10 + $0.50/kg

Metro Area: $12 + $0.8/kg

Remote Area: $18 + $1.2/kg

*** kg refers to cubic weight, not physical weight.

For orders over $120 in most NSW, SA or QLD capital and metro area.

Return and Refund Policy

At J&J Home, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear and comprehensive return policy to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Period

You have a period of 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please contact our customer support within this timeframe to start the return process.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@jjhome.com.au. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Once you have received the return authorization and label, please return the product to us via Australia Post. Ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Defective Products

For products that are incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way, we will provide you with a return label at no cost to you. Our customer support team will guide you on how to use the return label effectively.

Return Condition

Returned products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please include all original accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with the product. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet these conditions.

Cost and Refunds

  • Defective Products: We will cover all return shipping costs for defective products. Once we receive and verify the condition of the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Non-defective Products: If you are returning a product due to buyer's remorse or other non-defective reasons, please note that return shipping costs may apply.

If the return does not meet the criteria mentioned in this policy, we reserve the right to reject the return, and the product will be sent back to you at your expense.

Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

An item in my order has been cancelled. Why?

Unfortunately, this will happen if we haven’t been able to secure all items in your order.

You’ll be contacted by email as soon as possible and we’ll refund you,using your original payment method. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for your refund to process.
