Q: What is your store opening hours?

A: Mon to Sun 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

    Closed on Thursday and Saturday due to labour shortage.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer delivery outside of Australia.

Q: When my order will be delivered?

A: In stock orders will take around 1-3 business days to be dispatched (after payment has cleared) from our Melbourne Warehouse. Actual delivery times highly depending on your location within Australia. If your order hasn't dispatch after 5 business days, please send us an email and we will do our best to solve the problem.

Q: Which carriers you are using?

A: We are currently using AusPost and Sendle as our carrier.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Credit Card or PayPal at this moment.

Q: What if the item I received is faulty?

A: We are sorry to hear that! Simply send us an email with images with the item to info@jjhome.com.au. We will solve the problem as soon as we can.
